I was born in 1981 and grew up outside of Boston. I moved to Paris in 2017 and I earned a masters in documentary photography from Spéos and Magnum Photos in 2018. In 2019 I founded PhotoEllipse, a company that specializes in exhibition design, post-production and digitisation for photographers.
My approach to photography, informed by documentary practice, favors introspection and personal bias. My projects include Deviations, a self-exploration at queer parties in Paris; Cruising, an investigation of public spaces where men seek anonymous sexual encounters; and Street Paralysis, a fictionalised account of the streets of Paris during the first coronavirus lockdown.
My work has been featured in publications including Fresh Eyes by GUP Magazine, L'Œil de la Photographie and Fisheye Magazine. Street Paralysis was presented as a solo exhibition at the Spéos Gallery in 2022.
